How do I track my order?
If you have made an order on Calm & Sizzle for a tarot reading, you will be contacted by The Tarot Team, using the email address you indicated on the form. The tarot readings are video-recorded. Contact hello@calmandsizzle.com if you still need help.
What are your delivery options?
Ordering a tarot reading on Calm & Sizzle readings will be completed in the same way: as an email reading, if selected, or as a video recorded only for YOU to watch privately. All readings that are video-recorded will be emailed as a link. Contact hello@calmandsizzle.com if you still need help.
How do I return an item?
When you place an order on Calm & Sizzle for a tarot reading, your order is managed by The Hot Nerd Tarot team, which processes your order within 7 days (unless you order next-day service). You cannot "return" a tarot reading. However, you may still be able to cancel the order before the 6th day. Contact hello@calmandsizzle.com if you still need help.

Yes, no matter where you're located, you can place order on Calm & Sizzle for a tarot reading. We will try to accommodate your time zone and location, but your place in the universe is absolutely fine with us; we'll pair you with something whose intention is to give you a great and honest reading.
